Refund policy

Thirty days. Free.

Returns

  • You have thirty days from the day your order is delivered to return it.
  • Returns are free on US orders. We send a prepaid label.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on.
  • Once your return is back with us and checked, we refund your original payment method.
  • Final sale applies only to pieces marked final sale at checkout.

Exchanges

  • Exchange for another size or color. Free both ways, once per order.
  • If the size or color you want is out of stock, we refund you.

How to start

  1. Write to hello@esciapres.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us refund or exchange, and the size or color you want.
  3. We email you a prepaid label.
  4. Drop it off.

Wrong or damaged

If something arrived wrong or damaged, write to hello@esciapres.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
