Thirty days from delivery. Free prepaid label on US orders. Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Exchanges for size or color are free, once per order.
How to start
- Write to hello@esciapres.com with your order number.
- Tell us refund or exchange, and the size or color you want.
- We email you a prepaid label.
- Drop it off. Your refund goes to your original payment method once the return is back with us and checked.
